01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and no777com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the no777com website, mobile interface and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, crash games, card games and live dealer tables.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one active no777com account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support immediately at support@no777com.biz to resolve the situation without penalty.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

no777com is operated for users who access the platform in jurisdictions where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using no777com is legal in their location. no777com makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a no777com account:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have self-excluded from no777com or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, contractors and their immediate family members of no777com and its affiliated companies.
• Persons who have been permanently banned from no777com for any prior violation of these Terms.

03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a no777com account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You must not use false identities, pseudonyms or information belonging to another person. no777com reserves the right to verify all registration information at any point.

3.2 KYC Verification

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at no777com's discretion. You will be asked to provide a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both sides) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and mobile number). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no777com login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. no777com will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Any activity conducted under your account credentials before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

no777com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No777com does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash: Rs 200
• Minimum deposit via bank IBFT: Rs 500
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 100
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000 (subject to account verification and review for larger amounts)

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash credit to your no777com balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within 15 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash for fully verified accounts are processed within one to three hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within two to six hours on business days. no777com accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Matching of Payment Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. You cannot deposit via Easypaisa and request withdrawal to a different individual's bank account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud. Where your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, contact support who will guide you through an alternative process subject to additional verification.

4.5 Fees

no777com charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider (bank fees, mobile wallet charges) are beyond no777com's control and are the player's responsibility.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

All no777com bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated. Each bonus offer will specify the eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirement, eligible games and any time limits. Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device and IP address. Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All no777com bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each offer. As a general reference:

• Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement that is specified per promotion.
• Wagering must be completed within the time period stated in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — this is specified per offer.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Fund Rules

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your no777com account. Real-money funds are played first. Bonus funds are played after your real-money balance reaches zero. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering that meets the requirement are withdrawable.

5.4 Promotional Changes

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.2 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or data feed error that affects the outcome or display of odds, no777com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance. This includes situations where incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error. No777com will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (sometimes called "palpable errors"). Decisions on voided bets are final.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting on no777com is governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted at no777com's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event. Match results used to settle bets are drawn from official sources. In the event of a dispute between no777com's data source and another source, no777com's decision is final.

6.4 Casino and Crash Games

All casino games and crash games on no777com use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or genuine live dealers. Game outcomes are independently determined and no777com cannot influence results after a round has begun. Published RTP figures are based on certified long-run statistics. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be resolved using the last valid game state recorded by the server.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your no777com account, whether for gaming or for financial transactions.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

no777com reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if we have received a legal requirement to do so. During a suspension, access to the account and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

8.2 Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed because of a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse or collusion — no777com reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and any winnings. 8.3 Closure by Player Request

You may request to close your no777com account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks, provided no outstanding wagering obligations remain. Bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. no777com will attempt to contact you using the email address on file before applying any dormancy charge. A dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month may apply to dormant accounts after a 12-month period of inactivity. Remaining balances will never be reduced below zero.
